FRIA volunteer and founding board member, Ethel Paley was featured as NY1 "New Yorker of the Week" for her passion and commitment to the elderly. Ms. Paley speaks on how she created FRIA to be one of the first "citizen watchdog" associations formed in the aftermath of the 1974 NYC nursing home scandals. www.ny1.com
