FRIA is proud to announce that Ethel Paley, one of its founding directors has been chosen as NY1's "New Yorker of the Week" for her passion and commitment to the elderly.
Ms. Paley continues to volunteer weekly on FRIA's telephone Helpline and is an active member of its Board of Directors. Ms. Paley speaks on how she created FRIA to be one of the first "citizen watchdog" associations formed in the aftermath of the 1974 NYC nursing home scandals. www.ny1.com
